Your Waxing Questions, Answered

  • Our policy is to require guests under 16 to have parental consent for bikini waxing services.

  • We are happy to perform waxing services during your menstrual cycle. Please note that the area may be more sensitive at this time, and you may experience increased discomfort compared to usual. For hygiene and to ensure the service can be completed, a tampon must be worn during the appointment.

  • If you are using prescription topical medications such as Retin-A or Differin, please discontinue use at least 7 days before your waxing appointment and do not resume until 7 days after your service.

Important: We cannot perform waxing services if you are currently taking Accutane. Waxing while on Accutane is unsafe, and a doctor’s note is required before any services can be provided.

To ensure your safety, please inform us of any medications you are currently using prior to your appointment

  • You'll get the best results if you let the hair grow to about ¼ inch so the wax can fully grab the hair.

  • Bikini Line
A simple tidy-up that removes hair from the sides (your panty line) and across the top, helping prevent any hair from showing when wearing a bikini.

    Bikini (Full)
A more customized option that removes additional hair from the front. You can choose to leave a small landing strip, triangle, or remove everything—your preference.

    Brazilian
Complete hair removal from the front to the back, including a butt strip. Ideal for a fully bare look

    Manzilian
Complete hair removal from the front to the back, including a butt strip and full buttocks. Ideal for a fully bare look front to back

  • You should avoid waxing under the following conditions to protect your skin and ensure safe, effective results:

    • Recent tanning or sunburn: Waxing should not be performed on sunburned, recently tanned, or overly sun-exposed skin, as it is more prone to irritation and lifting.

    • Prescription topical medications: If you are using Retin-A, Differin, or similar retinoids, discontinue use at least 7 days before and 7 days after your waxing service.

    • Accutane: Waxing is not permitted if you are currently taking Accutane, as it significantly increases the risk of skin damage. A doctor’s note is required before services can be considered.

    • Irritated or compromised skin: Avoid waxing if the skin is broken, inflamed, irritated, or healing.

    • Same day chemical peels or heavy exfoliation: Do not wax on the same day as a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, or aggressive exfoliation, as the skin will be too sensitized.

If you’re ever unsure, please let us know about any skin treatments or medications you’re using so we can help determine the safest timing for your waxing appointment.

  • Usually your wax will last between 3–4 weeks but everyone’s rate of regrowth is different, so results will vary between guests

  • The First 48 Hours
After your waxing service, hair follicles remain open and the skin may be more sensitive. To protect your skin and prevent irritation, please follow these guidelines:

    • Avoid tight or restrictive clothing that may cause friction

    • Refrain from intense workouts or activities that lead to excessive sweating

    • Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and other sources of high heat

    • Do not touch the waxed area with unwashed hands

    • Light chemical or manual exfoliation after 48 hours

Following these aftercare steps will help keep your skin calm, clean, and smooth.
